These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Website”) and any services provided by GlobalDesk, registered in Dubai (FZA), (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our Website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Our Role and Service Nature
GlobalDesk is a corporate services consultancy providing administrative coordination and facilitation related to UAE company formation, residency and visa processes, business plan preparation, workspace guidance, and corporate entry facilitation.
We are not a law firm, and we do not provide licensed legal advice or regulated financial, tax, or investment advice. All official approvals, licenses, visas, Emirates ID, and government documentation are issued by relevant UAE authorities and regulated entities.
2) Scope of Services
Depending on your selected package, services may include:
Company formation coordination and licensing submissions
Trade name reservation, initial approval coordination, and authority follow-ups
Document checklist support and submission pack coordination
Residency and visa liaison, medical fitness steps coordination, Emirates ID cycle support
Business plan development for regulatory and bank readiness (non-regulated advisory)
Workspace strategy guidance and administrative coordination (Ejari or lease coordination where applicable)
Corporate entry facilitation, including bank account onboarding pathway support (subject to bank discretion)
Final scope is defined in your proposal, quotation, invoice, or written confirmation.
3) Client Responsibilities
To deliver services efficiently, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
Ensure you have authority to act on behalf of any shareholders, partners, or entities involved
Review drafts, forms, and submissions promptly, and confirm approvals when requested
Comply with all UAE laws and authority requirements applicable to your activities
Pay service fees, government fees, and third-party costs as agreed and on time
Delays caused by incomplete documentation, inaccurate information, late confirmations, or non-payment may extend timelines.
4) Third-Party Authorities and Discretion
Many outcomes depend on third parties, including Free Zone authorities, Mainland authorities, immigration, banks, and other government bodies.
You acknowledge that:
Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant authority or institution
Processing times vary and may change without notice
Banks may request additional compliance documents, interviews, proofs of funds, or may decline applications without providing detailed reasons
GlobalDesk cannot guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes controlled by third parties.
5) Fees, Payments, and Invoices
Service fees are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.
Fees may be billed upfront, in milestones, or per package, as agreed in writing.
Government and authority charges, visa costs, medical fitness fees, Emirates ID fees, and workspace costs are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
Payments must be made before submissions, renewals, or next steps can proceed.
If payment is overdue, we may pause services until the balance is settled.
6) Refund Policy
Service fees cover time, coordination, preparation, and administrative work. Therefore:
Fees may be non-refundable once work has started, documents are prepared, or submissions are made.
Government and third-party fees are typically non-refundable, subject to the issuer’s policies.
If a partial refund is approved in writing, it will be calculated based on completed work and non-recoverable costs.
7) Estimates and Timelines
Any timelines shared are estimates based on typical processing conditions. Actual timelines may vary due to authority workload, compliance checks, document attestation timelines, bank compliance procedures, public holidays, system downtime, or policy changes.
8) Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not disclose it except:
To authorities and third parties required to deliver your requested service
With your consent
When required by law, regulation, or official request
You agree to keep our proposals, templates, checklists, and internal processes confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
