What is the cost of Power of Attorney in Dubai?
  • The cost of a Power of Attorney can differ based on type of POA, and whether you are a resident in Dubai or not. Usually, it ranges between AED 1300 to AED 1800, though it may be higher in cases where you require services such as translation, declaration POA, and more than one principle mentioned in the POA.
What documents are required for a Power of Attorney in Dubai?
  • The documents required for obtaining a Power of Attorney in Dubai depend on whether you are a resident or a non-resident.
    • For non – resident, passport of the principal and the attorney.
    • If resident, passport and emirates ID of the principal and the attorney.
    • Title Deed.
    • If it’s a specific POA, the notary will let us the required documents. 
What are the fees for transferring property in Dubai?

It’ll be either AED 2100 or AED 4200 depending on the property value.

How long does the transfer process take?

Preparing the documents may take a few days, but the property transfer itself will take about 30 minutes, and the approval process will require approximately 2 hours.

What documents are required for property transfer?
  • Passport copies, Title deed, Sales and Purchase Agreement, No Objection Certificate, Emirates ID, POA.
Can I transfer property without a No Objection Certificate (NOC)?
  • We can verify in advance whether the transfer requires an NOC; if it does, we will need to apply for one.

  • Proof of property ownership, owner edification, property Valuation, statement of account, passport profile picture, national ID for some nationalty.
How long does it take to get the visa?

7 working days, depending on immigration.

Can I sponsor my family with the Golden Visa?

Yes, can sponosr spouse, children, and even parents.

What happens if I sell my property?

We have the option to either hold the visa for up to 2 months until you acquire another property valued at 2 million and transfer the visa to the new property, or cancel the Golden Visa.
